• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We deliver to locations within Nepal
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• Shipping costs will be according to the locations

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds will be processed within 1-7 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Custom or bulk orders may have different return policies
